I used to be the girl that dreaded working out, now I'm the girl that wakes up early to exercise before work. This didn't just happen overnight, it's took years for me to realize that working out was not just physical. Don't get me wrong I love seeing the physical results, but what keeps me going back is the mental clarity and energy I have after a work out. Finding a workout routine that fits into my life style really helps me stay consistent. You know how there are some people that can go to the gym and know exactly what to do, yeah that's not me. I need a little more guidance, which is why I workout with my personal trainer twice a week and attend classes in between. This routine works for because I have a sense of direction and know what to do, verses going to the gym and staring at equipment I don't know how to use properly.
