Creating A Routine

Believe it or not I actually despised having a daily routine at one point. I thought it meant boring and repetitive, but as I get older I actually enjoy having one.


Ideas to finding a routine that works for you:

  • Create a list of your priorities from most important to least important.

  • Customize your routine according to your lifestyle. What works for someone else may not work for you and vice versa.

  • Don't force it. What I mean by this is: If your not a early bird, start your routine a little later in the day. Don't force yourself to wake up at 6am and then be non-productive because your a night owl. I wouldn't try to start too late, but it's your world, do you lol.

  • Remember that its ok to switch up the format. Try doing some of the same things but in a different style.

  • Be patient with yourself, these things take time.
