Believe it or not I actually despised having a daily routine at one point. I thought it meant boring and repetitive, but as I get older I actually enjoy having one.
Ideas to finding a routine that works for you:
Create a list of your priorities from most important to least important.
Customize your routine according to your lifestyle. What works for someone else may not work for you and vice versa.
Don't force it. What I mean by this is: If your not a early bird, start your routine a little later in the day. Don't force yourself to wake up at 6am and then be non-productive because your a night owl. I wouldn't try to start too late, but it's your world, do you lol.
Remember that its ok to switch up the format. Try doing some of the same things but in a different style.
Be patient with yourself, these things take time.
