Adulting 101/1

Updated: Mar 13, 2019

This year I’ve really been focusing on making great habits apart of my lifestyle. For instance working out, managing my finances better, and overall decluttering. One goal of mine is to release things that no longer serve purpose in my life.

I recently watched a show on Netflix called “Tidying Up”. The show features Author of “The Life-Changing Magic Of Tidying Up”, Marie Kondo. Let’s just say she changes lives, in a good way. Throughout the show, you learn ways to let go of things that no longer spark joy in your life, all while tidying up. The thing I liked most about ”Tidying Up” is that you can use the same concepts in different scenarios of your life. So far I’ve managed to sort through all of my clothes, shoes, and purses. Let’s just say I’ll be donating a lot to Goodwill. Next I’m letting go of Negative Nancy’s. If your looking for a good show to watch I highly suggest “Tidying Up”.
