Red and Sweet Potato Medley


  • 4 small red potatoes

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower oil

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt

  • Black pepper

  • Italian seasoning


  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

  • Chop red and sweet potatoes into cubes

  • Place in potatoes into a baking pan

  • Drizzle with sunflower oil

  • Bake potatoes uncovered for 25-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.

  • Season to your liking with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

Sautéed Brussels Sprouts


  • 1lb of brussels sprouts

  • 1tsp of lime juice

  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onions

  • 2 tsp of hot sauce

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp of butter

  • sunflower oil

  • pink himalayan sea salt

  • black pepper

  • garlic powder


  • Remove buds from the brussels sprouts (optional)

  • Chop sprouts into halves

  • Heat butter and lime juice in a wok or your designated pan

  • Pour sprouts into the wok then drizzle them with sunflower oil

  • Add onions and cover until sprouts are done cooking

  • Add minced garlic and season to your liking with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

*Heres a tip: I like my brussels sprouts a little crispy on top, so I place them in the broiler for 3 minutes uncovered.*
